When you visit us, you won't walk into a standard office building. Our office is in the Forum Building on the Radboud University campus in Nijmegen, at The Launch.

What is The Launch?
The Launch, formerly known as Mercator Launch, is Radboud University's incubator. Its mission is to strengthen innovative entrepreneurship.
The Launch offers, among other things:
- guidance from business coaches
- entrepreneurship programmes (Discovery Track, Customer Validation and Venture Track)
- masterclasses and workshops
- help with funding and access to a network
- lab and office space: flexible workspaces, meeting rooms, private offices and coworking
- a really great community
Building a community together
What makes The Launch especially nice for us is the community around us. We share the space with all kinds of companies that, like us, are busy building something and are at a similar stage. You recognise each other's challenges and can exchange experiences and ideas with people who understand what you are working on.

And it is not all work. We also get together for drinks and activities. That gives you a chance to get to know each other in a different way, and The Launch quickly feels like more than just a place to work.
That is how we like to work too: try something, learn from it and do it better. A building full of people creating something new is contagious. Having lunch together, asking a question by the coffee machine or discussing an idea: it all helps us stay sharp.
Who handles what?
Radboud University manages physical access to the building. We manage digital access: who can access which systems, how that changes with someone's role and how we review it every quarter. This is described in Access management: one identity per person and a review round every quarter.
