Our customers rely on solutions that are clear, secure and future-proof. That is why we have set up a professional quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015. This is laid down in our Strategic Quality Policy and the Bronscode checklist .

We are on the path towards ISO 9001 certification and are currently gathering the required evidence.

Structure and processes

We work in a process-oriented way within an agile structure. Operational and supporting processes have clear goals and owners. We evaluate them regularly through sprint reviews and quality meetings, and address deviations in a structured way.

Continuous improvement

Quality is not a one-off action. We organise a monthly quality and security day and use it to improve our software and way of working.

Technical safeguards

• GitHub for version control, CI/CD and issue tracking.
• Toggl and sprint boards for planning and time tracking.
• Automated tests and peer reviews for every release.
• The DTAP model (development, test, acceptance, production) for safe and controllable deployment.
• Structured incident management.

Our infrastructure runs on platforms such as Azure and DigitalOcean and meets high standards for availability, security and scalability.
